These Reusable Food-Grade Silicone Baking Mats are the perfect companion for bakers. Luxe yet practical, use the silicone circular Baking Mats instead of disposable baking paper to line the bottom of circular tins. No more cutting Baking Paper to shape!

Each pack has two Reusable Baking Mats in a different colour. They come in two sizes to fit the most common size of cake tins (20cm and 25cm in diameter, respectively). They can also be used in the freezer. Use them to reduce kitchen waste - each Baking Mat can keep over 350 sheets of disposable baking paper out of landfills.

Use - Preheat the oven (up to 230 degrees C). Place the Silicone Baking Mat into a cake or other baking tin with the CaliWoods logo facing up. Place the food directly on top of the Baking Mat and cook as directed in the oven on bake settings (do not use it under the grill, on the stove, or BBQ).

Remove the cooked food from the Baking Mat and then shake off any excess food crumbs from the surface of the Silicone Baking Mat. Avoid using sharp utensils to remove food.

Cleaning - Best cleaned with hot soapy water and a dish brush. You can also use the top rack of your dishwasher. Dry with a tea towel or soft cloth afterwards and this will remove any residual oil.

To avoid oil staining, it is recommended that you clean your Reusable Baking Mats after each use. Once they are clean, you can roll up each Baking Mat to store in your kitchen drawer or cupboard.
