Happy to refund most items if you change your mind.
However sale items and any food and healthcare purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on these items.
Before proceeding with a refund, please notify us at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase, we will then forward you the return address.
HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND:
Please send the unused, unopened item, in original packaging WTHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE to the provided address. On receipt of goods we will credit your original method of payment, minus original shipping charges. We do not refund postage costs for return of the item.
In the unlikely event your item is faulty, please email us as soon as you have received your item.
Please note we DO NOT offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return an item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item once we’ve refunded you.
