We ship via NZ Post, using a tracked, courier service.
Rates are as follows :
North Island $8.00
North Island - Rural $10.50
South Island $11.00
South Island - Rural $14.00
**Please ensure you select the correct shipping option. If you don't, you will receive an email requesting the difference be paid before your order is shipped.
Comment at the checkout if you would like your package to be signed on delivery.
- You will receive a confirmation email immediately after the order has been placed.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
- Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
How we package your orders matters to us - a lot!
No plastic is used for packaging your orders. We re-use boxes where possible along with some new. Our courier bags are compostable and recyclable. Brown paper tape is used and your order may be packed with brown paper or tissue - no bubble wrap or plastic.
We also have an option as an add to gift wrap if required. This again is plastic free - and is a lovely neutral with brown paper, tissue and natural twine used.
